Nice location. Clean rooms. No...

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: No coffee except decaf for four days. Elevators broken often. Not given food vouchers for forgoing cleaning service until our last night and then it was an hour and a half wait for the restaurant so we couldn’t use them.

Liked: Beautiful location! Great infinity pool next to a Greenway with fuse of the lake. Good restaurant and rooftop restaurant nearby. Awesome view from my room.

Disliked: How my virtual card got swiped over with my bank card and there was an almost $1,000 hold on my card the entire stay. Mistakes happen but it was very unexpected loss of money for the trip I was having.

Nice but disappointed

Liked: Room was lovely but the pools were really cold and the changing room had sewage from toilet overflow all over the floor. I refused to use it.
