Disliked: We booked for 2 adults and 3 kids with free breakfast, and they just gave us 2 coupons for the breakfast. Receptionist said, thats what their policy say, only adults will have a free breakfast? How about the kids? Are they just gonna watch us while we are eating? Worst customer service ever

No what I was expected.

Liked: I was expected to have a shutter transportation to the airport, I booked based on the amenities that are specified at the Marriott Bonvoy web page but when I checked in, I asked about the transportation and the staff told me that is no longer available, web page should be updated, also in the room, I just to have bottles of water and I did not have any this time.
Disliked: Web page specification about the shutter transportation to the airport that is no longer available.
