Good
Liked: Beautiful building. Close to Roger’s Place so we could walk for our event.
Disliked: Having to pay $35 to park outside. Booking online, and having the price increase once I arrived. These additions resulted in a very expensive stay and will be shopping around more next time.

Great location and room. Recommend...
Liked: Great location, clean, great views. Staff very helpful. Safe have to use card to get to upper floors. Parking underground heated. Great views in restaurant.
Disliked: Breakfast took a long time, it’s nice to be able to order, food was ok. Buffett looked ok, but usually one for a hotel. Such a beautiful restaurant view need to improve food quality. Was not busy for a reason. Staff at bar and evening very friendly.

Not bad
Liked: The staff are nice, but the price is way far from expectations.
Disliked: The policies are weird and not clear, for instance they take 200 cad as an insurance however it’s not written in the policy, and before asking about my name or reservation or anything they asked for my credit card which is really weird. Imagine before hello they asked for the credit card!!!! Without checking if I already paid or not or what is my name and it wasn’t individual act no it is the policy !!!!

Close to the Edmonton Convention...
Liked: Location, great view, friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, snack shack, large closets, Starbucks coffee, comfortable seating areas, fast elevators. Very close to the Citadel theatre, Canada Place, the Mall the public library and lots of great restaurants.
Disliked: No bath tub. No full length mirror in the bathroom or main room - I like to make sure I look presentable before work functions. No late night room service. Small room service menu. Not being able to pre order breakfast (on an ap or through TV). The Prices of per night stay jacked up for teacher’s convention date (yes I checked room prices for the week before and the week after). Yes I know how supply and demand work but we are teachers - we broke $4.00 for a bottle of water - we broke, but we thirsty. Also, the parking fee was something like 45/day - to rent a piece of pavement???
