Great location, comfy room and...

Liked: The location is excellent. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful - I have so much appreciation for them!The room was very comfortable and great even though I had a courtyard view. Bathroom was spacious too. It took me a minute to understand the lifts going down, not up.
Disliked: Breakfast was good, but it was very very busy. Staff in the dining room were fine, but not fantastic. Restaurant ran out of the dish I wanted :-( but I was allowed to order a more expensive replacement at the lower price of the original dish I had ordered.

Liked: Helpful staff, great location
Disliked: My second staff at this relatively expensive hotel. Last time (a year ago) it was much better. This time around, my first room was tired; air conditioning ticked all night, shower head wouldn't stay put and bed was very soft. Staff helpfully changed me to a better room but the bed was still over soft. It turns out that you can't earn BonVoy points if you book through Booking.com, which sucks. I've also to date been unable to extract a VATable invoice from the hotel for expenses. Both Booking.com and the hotel say it's the other's responsibility.

Amazing stay

Liked: This property was fantastic. Not too far from the old town. It was a very walkable distance. The room was spacious and very clean with a large bed and bathroom. The restaurant had a great selection of food and drinks and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
Disliked: If anything the only thing I can think of was having 3 pillows for two people. First world problem really.

Liked: Location excellent for our purposes.
Disliked: There was no chair to sit in the bedroom.
