Disappointing.
Liked: Good location
Disliked: Service was not great - they forgot we had some special requests. The room was poor - dark, dingy, overlooking a wall. The shower handle was broken. The bed was uncomfortable and the smell was strange. Just not pleasant at all. And the elevators were not working.

Great location, comfy room and...
Liked: The location is excellent. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful - I have so much appreciation for them!The room was very comfortable and great even though I had a courtyard view. Bathroom was spacious too. It took me a minute to understand the lifts going down, not up.
Disliked: Breakfast was good, but it was very very busy. Staff in the dining room were fine, but not fantastic. Restaurant ran out of the dish I wanted :-( but I was allowed to order a more expensive replacement at the lower price of the original dish I had ordered.

Great location, helpful staff, tired...
Liked: Helpful staff, great location
Disliked: My second staff at this relatively expensive hotel. Last time (a year ago) it was much better. This time around, my first room was tired; air conditioning ticked all night, shower head wouldn't stay put and bed was very soft. Staff helpfully changed me to a better room but the bed was still over soft. It turns out that you can't earn BonVoy points if you book through Booking.com, which sucks. I've also to date been unable to extract a VATable invoice from the hotel for expenses. Both Booking.com and the hotel say it's the other's responsibility.
