We had a wonderful time...

Liked: Very clean and the location was great. Staff was friendly and helpful with information on the metro and stops we were interested in.
Disliked: Would have been nice to have free coffee in the lobby.

Close to metro but not...

Liked: Nice lobby, clean room, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in shower. Convenient location to metro.
Disliked: Only convenient to Mosaic if you had a car (in summer heat). Bed very uncomfortable with lumps, did not feel big enough to be the King size we paid for, and room square footage felt very small. The front desk woman was curt with us when we tried to check in at 3pm per booking.com — apparently the hotel policy was 4pm, but we would not know that based on our reservation information. Instead of offering us options in the lobby bistro, she recommended tea shops we had to drive to. When we returned after 4pm, she was again curt and said the rooms were not ready. A more helpful man went to grab the housekeeping list and then immediately was able to pair us with rooms next to our traveling companions.

Liked: Very spacious room and perfect location
Disliked: Nothing that I can think about - worked fine for the purposes of my stay

Very comfortable.

Liked: The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. I slept like a baby. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
Disliked: Paying for parking was a disappointment. Their “store” could be better equipped. Tons of sodas and junk food. The large bottles of water weren’t refrigerated.
