Dortmund clearly does not match...

Disliked: We are regularly using the Courtyard by Marriott at the Chopin Airport in Warsaw, whereas prices in Dortmund are about the same as in Warsaw, the overall quality is not at the same level. Breakfast in Warsaw is outstanding, it is average in Dortmund.The bartender was clearly overwhelmed and out of his depth, struggling to communicate effectively and frequently mixing up orders. He seemed to be constantly juggling tasks, contributing to the confusion. We explicitly requested a Hugo with less ice, yet the invoice incorrectly billed us for a Mojito, which was 5 euros more expensive. When we brought this mistake to his attention, the bartender mistakenly maintained that we had received a Mojito and claimed the prices were identical, both of which were incorrect. Additionally, our order for a bottle of Merlot was initially fulfilled with only a quarter bottle. On top of his barkeeping duties, he was also handling restaurant service and received assistance from kitchen staff, who unfortunately lacked a professional demeanor when interacting with customers.

Liked: New and modern decor.Well-equipped room.Nice and helpful service.
Disliked: The mattress is very soft and uncomfortable, but we should rest on it and not get tired.For breakfast, the machine prepared cold coffee with milk.It was impossible to drink.
