Disliked: Toilet never worked properly in room and we couldn't change room. The public womens bathroom also flooded. It was hot in lobby area. Not worth the money. They have a lot to work on. Do not stay at this hotel.

Conveniently located with friendly and helpful staff.

Liked: The staff were awesome and very helpful.
Disliked: No hairdryer in the room and unable to get one until later that day (not ideal when I had to leave for a full day of meetings with wet hair). The front desk staff did ensure I had one for the next day though. The facilities are dated and reception looked a bit grubby. The bed was far too soft, particularly at the top end where it felt as though the top half of my body was sinking into the mattress whilst the lower half of my body was being elevated. Really very strange mattress.

Liked: We didn't have the best hotel stay. Nothing was good about this hotel. We got our room changed at 11:00pm due to the t.v. and phone not working. When we got into our new room, there was a cum rag behind the couch. No complimentary breakfast. Pool was cold
Disliked: Pool was cold, no complimentary breakfast like it said on the website. The tv and phone wasn't working in our first room, the second room there was a used cum rag behind the couch. Thermostat was on the ceiling. No spa, whirl pool, or hot tub.
