Disliked: Double charged because they never got the payment I made to Booking. (Supposedly)

Liked: Rooms were clean
Disliked: They had bed bugs me and my kids woke up with bite marks

It was an excellent stay.

Liked: I liked that it was very clean & quiet.
Disliked: The water wasn’t very hot.

Liked: Safe area. There were a lot of other hotels in the same area. No homeless or people living there full time.
Disliked: Thought I chose a place with free parking. Hotel did not have a pool or free morning coffee bar/ breakfast included. Doesnt look like house keeping keeps the decks clean as there was leaves and webs outside.

Liked: It felt new and upscale.
Disliked: Food at Bistro bar. But happy they were there and it made dinner very convenient on a cold night.

Disliked: My lock on my door keep sticking and required assistance twice

Updated with new furnishings

Liked: Updated with new furnishings and finishes, it’s convenient to the Detroit airport.
Disliked: Our first room had an electrical issue where none of the lights or appliances were working. We were quickly relocated to a different room. The mattress was quite stiff. There was no complementary breakfast.
