I try to book at...

Liked: No free coffee? Had to purchase coffee, I don't really like Starbucks coffee, but there was NO other choice..High price for average baked goods...
Disliked: What a mess. You keep a hotel open during a big time renovation and you charge regular prices?? Thank goodness our room was newly renovated otherwise I would not have stayed here.

Bad

Disliked: There was no notice when booking that the hotel was under construction and no pool would be available. This should have been the first thing to mention before the booking should be completed. The rooms smelled horrible.

Terrible. Housekeeping stripped room at...

Disliked: I was overcharged $340. And now have to wait until Monday for my money to comeback. Hotel took all my money and they could only say wait until business day. Housekeeping stripped room at 10:30am. Checkout is it 12pm! I wasn’t even checked out yet, lastly pool was closed on a hot weekend. Was the sole purpose of coming.
