All in all this was a great hotel. Although it was lacking a refrigerator it had everything else that would make this hotel a regular choice in my view.

Liked: Nice hot tub and pool; clean rooms; comfortable beds and great courtyard area.
Disliked: The only bad thing I can say is there was no refrigerator in the room. Microwave, coffee, hairdryer and iron were all provided but I missed having a fridge.

Liked: The gentleman at the checkout desk was exceptional! He was very friendly and very informative. Honestly, other than him there is nothing else in particular that I could rave about.
Disliked: I certainly feel like parking needs to be reevaluated. I did not feel safe where I had to park. When I got to my room, it was outdated. The refrigerator was not cold. I had to push a button to make it cold. It took over an hour for my room to cool down because the air conditioner did not want to come on.

Exceptional

Liked: Everyone was very nice and very helpful.
Disliked: The hot tub needs to be fixed the jets shot the water up in the air and not the way a normal hot tub would be, also one of the railing is broken.

Probably should have been offered...

Liked: Good but expensive.
Disliked: The grab bar in the tub was unattached at the bottom. It came away from the wall. I did report it to the staff.

Served my purpose

Liked: Location was what I needed and price was ok
Disliked: Felt like a little more attention to cleaning and maintenance. Sink very slow to empty and body wash completely empty
