Liked: staff was nice and accommodating
Disliked: i picked this hotel over some better options just because it had a pool...so my kids would have a pool and hot tub to enjoy... pool and hot tub ended up being broken..out of service and not actively being worked on so that was a big disappointment i wish it had been posted online or something considering they said it had been out of service for a while already.

Won't Stay Here Again....

Liked: Starbucks in the lobby.
Disliked: The king room was very small and the key did not work every time on the door. My husband had to push it open every time because the door would stick. The shower was still dirty with the metal piece covering the drain out on the floor. We brought my 3 year old and planned to have her sleep on the pull out bed but there weren't enough sheets. I spoke to the front desk and he reprogrammed the keys but they still didn't work. I let the front desk know about the shower and pull out bed. He apologized and offered to move us to a new room but none were available. He did give us a voucher for a free breakfast and Starbucks.
