Great location for attending concert at Red Rocks!
Liked: The in lobby grill's food was better than expected, if unsurprisingly pricey. However, wouldn't have chosen to eat there if it hadn't been for the WASTED time/energy/fuel spent driving in circles. Can't help but wonder if the management hopes the Google error will cause more to dine there in desperation. Good toiletries, but some of towels showing wear/use.
Disliked: The management is aware of the fact that Google maps shows a very incorrect location for this Marriott, yet has failed to get the correction made. We drove around Denver an extra 2 hours trying to find our lodging for the night. We asked three locals, with their own smartphones, for directions, but none of them gave us correct information. Management blamed Google, but one would think Marriott, Inc, would have enough pull to get the corrections made. We arrived majorly frustrated, famished and exhausted, only to be poo-poo-ed by the management who knows better than to trust Google. Management claimed the problem was corrected a few months back, but it wasn't. I would've hoped for more consideration for guests when one knows about such a huge problem. Perhaps Marriott should offer to send printed, easy to use maps via e-mail to visitors to the area. Also, did not like the lack of exhaust fan in bathroom.

The staff were great - they accommodated us early and the room was very clean and very nice. Nick (if I can remember correctly) from the Bistro was fantastic. He was so friendly, so helpful and a great employee. He was incredibly helpfull, incredibly welcoming, and was made our experience at the hotel top notch. Please look into giving him a raise, or promotion - he works hard and deserves it. Thank you Marriott for the great stay, well worth it.
Liked: Friendly staff; very clean; very accommodating.

Pleasant
Liked: That the hotel was close to red rocks amphitheater
Disliked: My room was somewhat clean, but the price tag was insane. For the money I spent, we were supposed to get a room with a balcony and mountain views, which was deceiving, and we were over looking for a parking lot. The fridge was tiny, and there was no microwave. For the amount of money I spent with taxes and fees, our room was almost $300 a night. For that type of money, I would expect a little bit more amenities. The pillows were awful, and the bed was okay. The room was super tiny and very basic. I would have maybe paid $100 a night. I feel a little ripped off in a way.

Nice room but no service.
Liked: The room was nice and modern. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: We stayed for four nights and no one ever serviced our rooms. We had to go to the front desk everyday besides the first to get towels. Even after calling first thing in the morning for towels they never brought them. On our last day at 4pm the maid came to our room to see if wanted service. We were already in for the day and had went and got towels so we turned it down. Also, my fault for not checking, but no pool in this hotel (at the hotel next door) and no hot tub.

Not impressed
Liked: Excellent staff! Super friendly and accomodating!
Disliked: Location wasnt great I felt like this was false advertising. The hotel room did not feel very clean. The floors felt sticky and the white towels that were clean had stains on them. Gross. The room was hot no matter what we did.

Good business hotel, not the...
Liked: Clean, the room was a good size, the location is great. The blackout blinds are the best we've ever had in a hotel.
Disliked: The original hotel we planned on staying at cancelled on us when we got there. We booked here in a jiffy. It's a nice hotel but not the best for families. While the staff is nice they nickel and dime for everything. The room was not cheap and then you have paid parking (which thankfully they comped us) and paid breakfast. The pool is at the Marriott next door which is fine but the water was freezing. If you are here on a business trip and can expense everything, this is a fine hotel. If you are here with your family, there are better options around for less money.

Very good
Liked: The facilities were clean and friendly staff. The location can’t be beat. So I didn’t mind the higher price tag for that.
Disliked: I booked a king bed and sofa bed, plus a mt view. When I checked in and got to the room it was only one bed and no view or balcony. Since I was with my 18 yr old son, we can’t sleep in the same bed. I’m his mom. I went to the front desk and he immediately got me a new room and it was perfect. He wasn’t the one who intially checked us in but was great. I wish I could remember his name!!

Comfy
Liked: Location and view from room and comfortable bed.
Disliked: I went through Booking.com and had an issue where I was charged twice for a hold and it took a week and 1/2 before I got my money back.

Great beside checking out in...
Liked: Clean, quit and staff during day was great.
Disliked: The lady that was working in the early morning when we left had an attitude, maybe she had a bad night but don’t take it out on the customers. If you don’t like your job then find something else that not in customer hospitality.
