I loved it. I loved visiting Denver. I may have to book this hotel again next month. I walked on down and the Hard Rock Cafe was close by.

Liked: It was right in the smack dab of everything lively.
Disliked: Nothing. It was absolutely lovely. Clean. I slept well.

Wonderful

Liked: Great location, easy to use the free mall ride bus right outside, comfortable bed. We arrived super early and asked if they could look after our bags, they told us the room was ready and we could check in then!

Lovely hotel at great price...

Liked: The staff was attentive. I needed to have copies made and they did it in 2 minutes, no charge. Helpful in answering questions. The location is great, right on the 16th St. Mall. One of the best things was the Trompeil coffee house adjacent (you can enter from the lobby). Great way to start the morning with gourmet coffee and fresh pastries. Room was spacious, nice walk-in shower with lovely tile, and a mini-frig and microwave. Highly recommend.

We had a pleasant time...

Liked: The hotel was very clean and beautiful! The staff were more than helpful and very welcoming and the complimentary water was great as well. We got upgraded to a city view room and the view was absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect and close to restaurants ice skating and more. I 100% recommend this hotel! We will be back
