Courtyard by Marriott Denver Central Park

It was great.

Liked: The overall experience.
Disliked: Nothing.

Room and beds, especially, were very comfortable. Even though there was construction, they handled it well, and it wasn't a problem! Front desk folks were very friendly and accomodating. Now, if we can just keep some ugly guests from smoking, it'd be perfect!

Liked: New carpet in hallway very attractive!
Disliked: Saw people smoking in a downstairs room.

Disliked: There were at least six moths flying around in our room when we arrived and when I told the front desk they said that that was typical during the summer season. I had to ask to transfer to another room because moths kept on popping up out of the window sill and balcony door. When they gave us another room it was right next door and of course when we opened the door to moths came flying out! We complained again and finally were moved to another room on the second floor. It was past midnight once we were able to get settled but we woke up within six hours of sleep to a fire alarm at 6am! There was no notice or call from staff so we rushed to grab our belongings but when we opened the door a guest passed by and said it was a false alarm! It went on for about 10-15 minutes and at that point since our bags were already packed we decided to leave right then and there. After all of this, there was no apology from staff and all they did was compliment our stay with a free coffee. I will most definitely not book at this hotel again. Very disappointing to be a Marriott hotel.
