Liked: I liked the staff and the fact that they have airport transportation
Disliked: There are barely any channels to watch. Only one movie channel that was playing the GodFather rated R not family friendly. We only got 3 towels for 4 people. No pool. No breakfast. Construction. Only one elevator worked. Hard beds. Very Expensive.

Liked: Bistro with food available. Working fan and air conditioner. Comfortable pillows and bed.
Disliked: Bistro had one menu to share amongst all guests. Check in clerks were not consistent giving waters to bonvoy members. No room service available and the chicken sandwiches were undercooked.

Liked: We enjoy this hotel because it is quiet and welcoming. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Some people complain about the staff. If you act like a spoiled brat then you do not make friends. A special shout out to Ken, J, and Justin. Everyone we encountered was genuine and courteous.

Liked: The front desk manager (Terry? Male) is the most sincere, helpful, and kind human I have met! He is a gem dont lose this man!
