In town for a concert

Liked: The hotel was in a nice location and the room rates were reasonable by comparison to other hotels in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I love that they gave complementary water.
Disliked: The rooms were a bit dated. There’s not really a real restaurant in the hotel just a marketplace, which is different.

The room was so comfortable...

Liked: The Starbucks and nice seating area.
Disliked: The elevator was sketchy

Liked: The front desk staff were nice.There were problems with the room:The street noise was too loud and made it difficult to talk or sleep.The floor and room actually was vibrating when some machinery started, probably the air conditioner of a room close to our, #247.The bathroom door was filthy, needed to be mopped clean.The outside hall, elevator entrance and inside the elevator was filthy, and was not vacuumed during the three days we were there.We travel often, but we will not book this hotel again.
