Disappointing...for a Marriott...but no other...

Liked: It was sub-par for a Marriott......................... only thing I reallly liked was the fact that it was 5 minutes from my family in Midlothian
Disliked: Coffee station in lobby very dirty...not kept stocked...although the gentleman in the back of the cafe was very nice.Room was not very clean...requested clean towels...2 of the 5 were dirty...no quality control

Best local hotel but not...

Liked: It’s the best hotel in this small town. The staff were nice
Disliked: During the stay, we were 4 days without hot water. The in room lighting controls were not well thought out and some lights never worked despite being “ repaired “. Local road construction made it difficult to access local shopping and restaurants. The “Bistro “ model is a bust with weird food and almost no business. A breakfast buffet would be better. Disappointing for a Marriott brand.

Disliked: The water was cold Monday morning. I think a letter should have gone on every door.Additionally, my room smelled of cat pee. Room was later sprayed with fragrance.

It’s a nice hotel, and...

Liked: The location was good and the room and bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I requested an upper floor, but was given a first floor room near the end of the hall. We kept hearing the door to the parking lot at the end of the hall slamming shut as people came in and out. Rooms were only cleaned every other day, which was fine except we had to request more coffee pods and coffee cups for the 2nd morning.
