Great staff. Good accommodations!!

Liked: Staff was so helpful and kind!!Loved the block-out seamless shade. This kept out all light and was even helpful with noise.
Disliked: Bar music across the street on Friday night was a bit excessive. No fault of hotel. It affected the vibe of the area. I requested a top floor room - was on 2nd floor. Why are Booking reservations placed on the first or second floor?

Convenient, Comfortable and Friendly Place...

Liked: The staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and inviting. We did not use the bar area, but the food looked tasty. I like that our room had a sofa area, microwave and mini fridge. I like that the room included "real" drinking glasses, not just plastic ones. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The A/C worked very well. I appreciated the makeup romover pad, and I promptly received a second one for our second night from the front desk when I requested it.
Disliked: There was no Kleenex in the room. My husband and I both suffer from allergies, so we found ourselves having to fashion Kleenex from the toilet paper. While the bed and bedding were very comfortable, the pillows were mediocre. There were 4 pillows, but they were all very soft. Toiletries were minimal. It would have been nice to have body lotion as well.
