Disliked: Only one elevator working for the last 2 months. Lobby bathroom ‘exploded’ and was disgusting the first time. The coffee bar (Starbucks) seems to be serviced by the janitor/Barista. It’s really gone downhill/downtown! Also, surprise $10 charge for parking that is openly available on the property (sinceWhen did they start charging and not disclosing).

Disliked: Had to pay for parking per night and only had one luggage push cart available which was unavailable on arrival.

Liked: The smoke alarm was beeping all night and I finally had to disconnect it. Front desk said they had no maintenance available and could not switch rooms. I was told I was getting my room free of charge but they lied. I want my refund I was promised.
