Disliked: Blood stains on curtains

I wouldn’t stay there again.

Liked: The hotel had a decent lobby and bar area.
Disliked: The room was dated, heater was either too cold or too warm, shower was stained, shower curtain was dirty, one of the pillowcases was dirty, the sheets smelled like bleach, and when the room was cleaned the staff didn’t close the door all the way and I came back to my room being open.

Disliked: When I booked the hotel, I paid extra for breakfast that I was not able to get staff told me apparently it was advertised wrong. I’m sure I paid extra. I even showed the staff the email and I did not get breakfast. I’m not dying for a piece of bread, but I was unhappy I paid for something that was not given to me The coffee machine was missing a piece
