Liked: This place was huge! I think it was 3 hotels in 1. Beautiful decor, staff was welcoming and friendly. Nice area, not too far from restaurants and stores.
Disliked: You have to request your own cleaning, I didn't know that when I checked in. So I had to call, not too big of an issue. They were able to clean it same day.

Disliked: This is a no cash hotel They also tried to scam my credit card overnight, running it right after midnight even though the room was prepaid and they had run $20 for incidentals when we got there. places that dont take cash dont trust their employees

Liked: The staff were great, very accommodating. Our room was nice and quite. The facility was adequate for the event we attended at the hotel. The Bistro had good food and drinks, only a little small with the group that was at the hotel.
Disliked: I arrived at the hotel and they didn't have my reservations from Booking.com. Three guest service members checked all reservation areas and still nothing. They kindly got me a room. Luckily, I had copies of my reservation emails from Booking and the hotel that verified everything. It all worked out fine!
