Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Carrollton and Carrollton Conference Center

Disappointing

Liked: The location is great because it's next to the hot spots.
Disliked: Noisy. No resolution for noise complaint. It's midnight and there's loud kids and banging. Told the front desk, still nothing. This happened in my previous stay as well. There needs to be some kind of structure for quiet time. It's a conference with plenty of kids, so it needs to be more rules places for other guests who's trying to relax.

Liked: Good room and bed
Disliked: Mediterranean bowl was so salty I couldn’t eat it. Two muffins, a cup of mediocre coffee and some fruit was about $30. Pool was not heated. Coffee was not free. No attractions nearby and a generally boring and un-family friendly area.

Liked: Nice to be able to stay in Carrollton for our visit.

Maintenance could clearly be better...

Liked: Did not stay for breakfast.
Disliked: The huge hole in the ceiling of the bathroom of my room I was given.I believe first impressions are the key to a good stay and yeah that was not it. But Cameron did make up for it by quickly changing my room.

Liked: Shower was nice walk in , elevator worked great. Thought it was comfortable. All the staff was very nice and courteous.
Disliked: Breakfast was to expensive had oatmeal & breakfast burrito for $24 was a little steep .

I would definitely book here...
