Disliked: Dirty room and unsanitary bathroom, there was a wet dirty towel left on the bathroom, we brought this to manager and she didnt want to accept it and hung on the phone . Super rude and unprofessional

Liked: Helpful staff but some of them are really not like smiling or not that sympathetic.
Disliked: The rooms are not really being cleaned that well. They clean it every other day and still use the same bedsheets.

Liked: I recovered a room fit for handicap it was extremely not convenient.
Disliked: The price versus the quality of the room.I discovered that the Marriott chain does not recognize reservations and stays through Booking to my Marriott account - I will need to figure my way forward

Liked: The hotel had a gym, swimming pool, and ample free parking. The staff was helpful. There are plenty of places around to eat. Comfortable place for family and if one is driving around. U will need to ask house keeping on daily basis to clean the room.
