Disliked: Our first room, we unfortunately discovered it had bedbugs, but we immediately put into a new upgraded room by the staff who are very helpful

Liked: The location was perfect for my trip to Columbus, Ga. The staff was courteous and timely.
Disliked: My assigned room smelled like a drug-smoking party had been held in the room. The bed, couch, and bathroom had a strong smell of marijuana, and I had to call housekeeping to return to spray the room. The staff was very accommodating. The bed felt like we were sleeping on egg cartons; it was hard and very uncomfortable.

Liked: Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: The hotel is under construction which was not disclosed at the time of booking. Due to the construction, the Bistro only opened in the morning for breakfast.

Disliked: I’ve stayed at many Courtyards, this was the worst. It was hot when we walked in.The room we were assigned to had problems. We requested a different room.That room also had problems. But, we didn’t complain about any issues to the staff. We were tired and hungry.Otherwise, staff was great.Also, wish All courtyards offered free breakfast (but we knew that before we made reservations).
