Liked: Location was fine. The only exception was the line of mold in the shower. It was surprising to see this. Room 418. Hotel staff was very professional when dealing with evening and morning crew.

Liked: Front desk staff as well as housekeeping staff were all amazing. Night shift worker greeted and took care of me with so much care. He was very nice and wanting to make sure my stay was exceptional. Morning staff was amazing as well and very friendly to all. My children had a great time. They enjoyed the pool, the bed , the streaming options on the tv and of course the wifi lol. The room was great and the bed was so comfortable. The pull out sofa also had cushion and my children were able to get a good nights rest. We will definitely be staying here again.
Disliked: The distance we had to walk to get to the elevator lol no biggie

Liked: Staff was wonderful! Shout out to Rachelle with house keeping for making sure I had a clean room.
Disliked: When I called, I was told I didn’t have a reservation

Liked: The building was under repair in some places including 1 elevator. Everything else was terrific!
