Liked: Room was clean and bed was comfy. Location was good. The man that worked the desk at night was very kind.
Disliked: When I booked online it said breakfast was included and it wasn't. It said there was a hot tub and there was not. I went to take a shower at Night and the water was cold. We had to pack all of our stuff and move rooms. My daughter was already asleep. No coffee for guests out front. Coffee in the room tasted not so good. Refrigerator in room was not big enough to fit our takeout food in and we only had three small boxes.

Disappointing.

Liked: No opportunity to include breakfast in the room rate.
Disliked: Room lighting was very poor and the room very dark. No convenient outlets on the poor desk and nightstand lamps. With 2 phones, a computer and hearing aids to charge I found an outlet above and behind the TV, see the picture.I tried to reserve on the hotel/Marriott’s website but was quoted a rate 63% higher than Bookings.com, even as a Bobby member.

Disliked: Everything, dark parking lot, no cameras so I couldn’t watch the idiots break two of my trucks windows

We had a lovely stay.

Liked: The location was great for us. We enjoyed the lounge area to visit the many family members that were there to attend the same family event.
Disliked: The bar area needed more help. It took an exorbitant amount of time to get our drinks. However, the bartender couldn’t have been any more pleasant. She definitely needed more help. I also thought there should be an elevator closer to to check-in.
