Liked: Room comfort, nice bed and shower.clean exterior grounds.
Disliked: The restaurant was horrible.food was cold the in the evening. Breakfast the scrambled eggs resembled can corn,toast was one piece tore in half no butter either. Don't recommend at all. The lights in the room had to be on for the fridge to work.

Liked: Great location in Columbus and the gym was adequate pool on the small side but nice for a splash about.
Disliked: Some staff a little nonchalant and rude when asked a question. Some parts of the hotel need a little paint.

Liked: I loved how nice all the employees were & they were so helpful. The queen rooms were a nice size & they fit my party of 8 kids, especially with the sofa bed.
Disliked: I wish they served breakfast instead of the bistro bar they have.
