The building is old but the room was very nice. The location was excellent. The breakfast was very good. The parking garage was very tight and limited spaces.

Warm welcome, excellent location

Liked: Location is perfect for visiting USC. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Every single employee from the cleaning lady, evening bar tenders, morning breakfast staff and front desk personnel were so polite.
Disliked: We did not use the pool but judging by the view from our room it looks rather tired.

Great location but hotel needed...

Liked: Location was great for the USC orientation. I could walk everywhere easily without having to move my car.
Disliked: The parking garage was extremely tight and hard to get around. The AC was not working in my room overnight and it got extremely hot. I told management about it and they did not seem overly concerned. They did send someone up to fix it so the 2nd night was much better. Pool area was less than desirable. Not what I was expecting from a Marriott.

Excellent hotel

Liked: The room was spacious for 2. The location was perfect. There are great restaurants in walking distance. The arena was also in walking distance. Hotel was very clean. Restaurant on site.
Disliked: We had a room directly facing pool, on pool level, which was nice but people at the pool area could see in our room when curtains were open. Made it a little uncomfortable.
