Disliked: I booked the hotel through booking.com then the hotel charged me again on my card for the same stay. I have called them multiple times and they have still not refunded that amount to me. There was no free breakfast at all. I stayed on the Easter weekend and the prices were jacked up higher than normal so the free breakfast would have been nice. It was also really noisy in the room I was in, number 131.

Disliked: check in attendant could have given more info. I had to ask location of room, which entry was best, where ice located, breakfast options, if coffee available in lobby. when I did find lobby coffee, it was not hot. at entry where coffee should have been, there was a large counter offering hot water and packaged hot chocolate....nothing special here. coffee urn outdated. dont know if breakfast was included in stay. went next door to Sheetz for a good, hot coffee.
