More than one employee went above and beyond to get ice, print directions, say hello etc. during this stay. Room was comfortable (bed was an AHH!), clean, and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Cleveland.

Liked: This was a first rate, customer sevice oriented, convenient hotel. We saw a show downtown. This room worked out well!

While thw facility is at...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: I booked a king bed and a sofa bed. But I was give a king bed only. When I asked the receptionist where the sofa bed is, she told the booking does display the requested for the sofa bed for the book.com she did not seem considerate.A room service person who brought us a rolling bed seems not happy that I requested what I booked for.Later we also found out a smelly towel in the bathroom. My wife also saw a torn out fabric hanging under the bed.
