More than one employee went above and beyond to get ice, print directions, say hello etc. during this stay. Room was comfortable (bed was an AHH!), clean, and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Cleveland.

Liked: This was a first rate, customer sevice oriented, convenient hotel. We saw a show downtown. This room worked out well!

Relaxing stay; would book again...

Liked: Enjoyed morning coffee on balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Staff pleasant.Quiet location within 10 miles of downtown Cleveland. AC/DC concert amazing at Huntington Bank Field. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame interesting. Also enjoyed walk on Pier, while downtown.
Disliked: No complimentary breakfast. By 9:45am-no option to buy breakfast-Bistro onsite closed. No shuttle available to and from downtown Cleveland.

Great Hotel overall, just be...

Liked: Smelled fresh , very clean and quiet despite all the kids because of pool
Disliked: The breakfast option could’ve been better , bistro was to high for the portions they were saling ..wish it was late adult hours only til midnight for pool and jacuzzi
