very disappointed with Courtyard Clemson...

Liked: room was clean. staff were okay.
Disliked: I rented a room with a pull out couch for my daughter to sleep in. my daughter could not sleep on it because the mattress was very thin and she could feel all the wires, and metal bars, and were very uncomfortable to sleep in. This was the most horrible mattress ever (if you could call it a mattress) it was more like a piece of cloth. They should be a shamed for having such a cheap piece of rag and call it a mattress. My daughter had to go out and buy an Airbed to sleep on during the time we stay there. If that corporation had any kind of decency or honesty, they should at least refund us the cost of the Airbed. If we don't get any kind of refund, we will never stay in these hotels and we will tell our friends not to stay there.
