Convenient location in walking distance...

Liked: Great breakfast options and hummus appetizer, also love having Starbucks in the lobby. Best thing overall is the location, with the beautiful inlet views and easy walk to everything and the beach.
Disliked: Pool towels often out and our room headboard did shake a little when the door behind us would open and close.

Disliked: I wasn’t notified that the hotel had issues and my original room paid for was no longer available. I came with someone and were placed in queen room instead of king with pool view cause some units flooded

Liked: Valet attendants were very kind and helpful the pool was great and the location was excellent.
Disliked: The front desk attendant was not very personable or knowledgable about the facilities. Was not very helpful and couldn’t answer most questions

Not as advertised and property...

Liked: I liked the location. It was a 5 min walk to the beach and had plenty of nearby attractions
Disliked: The property never answered any of my messages that i sent and the room did not have the sleeping arrangements that it advertised. I requested to check in an hour early. The room was not ready. In fact it was not even ready by the 4:00 check in time.

My stay was good.

Liked: Friendly staff, liked the room overall, the pool is cool, even though it's not right on the beach, its location is good.
Disliked: There weren't many things I didn't like, but enough to make me explore other accommodation options. I didn't like rooms were cleaned every two days; that's odd. The fridge is very low quality, even for a hotel room. Valet parking, mandatory; it doesn't make much sense to me.
