Liked: My favorite thing about the property was how small and intimate it was. Not a bunch of huge crowds throughout the hotel, even on the weekend. Walking distance from the beach and amazing food. We never have to drive anywhere.
Disliked: I wasn’t aware until we got there you HAVE to do valet parking even though they ask which you’d like, then proceed to tell you they only do valet, and then it’s also an extra charge of $38 per night to park. Also, the elevators weren’t all working. So that was pretty inconvenient.

Liked: Location was perfect..friendly staff
Disliked: Breakfast area.. also I booked breakfast included and still paid 🤷🏻‍♀️

Disliked: Lack of maintenance and upkeep on elevators and fire sprinkler systems and Boone addressing our concerns

Great vacation location and clean...

Liked: Very clean. They staff was very friendly. Loved the location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Able to see sunrise on bay and watch sunset over ocean. Great gym with good equipment. Spacious rooms.
Disliked: Elevator stopped working and had to walk the stairs with lugging suitcases and groceries up stairs. It was not ideal. Parking was expensive and you could not valet park your car.

Liked: Facility was clean and pool area was nice
Disliked: I was using my work truck and was not made aware that an added fee for parking a truck was charged, which I was advised it is an oversized cark. This should be noted on your website. I also did not like that coffee was not accessible in the lobby only in the room free of charge.
