My stay in the hotel...
Liked: The only thing I like is the location.
Disliked: The staff is not friendly. The shower jel run out the second day, I have to beg three staff members to finally get it. The room wasn’t clean as they said every other day. I had to ask all day until 8pm someone finally send the house keeper to take the trash and gave us a few towels. I felt like I was staying in shelter. I had to beg for everything and their response or I should say their attitude is actually make me feel like it is my fault. The bottom point is , the staff is not responsible for their job at all and on the top of that, they are not friendly!!!!!!!!!

The hotel itself is lovely....
Liked: The location is ideal.
Disliked: The room wasn’t as clean as Marriott usually has them. There weren’t many towels available in the room and when we asked the front desk we were told they were out and would have to come back. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as they usually are and there wasn’t enough toilet paper. We had to call down and ask for more. There was also a wet spot on the carpeting when we entered but just in one spot. There were some stains on the bedsheets and no trash bags in the trash cans. Also the young men at valet were very nice, but the older gentleman was a bit harsh when we were walking down to our vehicle. He could have been nicer about getting the keys from him. The pool was a little dirty as well.
