Ok stay. But not worth...

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Couldn’t provide clean towels as was told they would.. Pool closedown for whatever reason. Valet couldn’t find car at one point.

Disliked: The food options for breakfast were very limited. They don’t explain online that your food package add on is $20 a day per person

A complete disaster!

Liked: It is in a good spot close to the strip.
Disliked: My room was not cleaned for 4 days! The managers were rude and did not address any of my concerns. They charged my card for fees that the did not explain or ask me about. All while I was staying there. When I asked about the charges I was met with this explanation. It was an additional deposit. 320 dollars worth of deposits? This was not just me alarmist everyone I encountered had the same type of experience. I was told I was supposed to get free breakfast then they charged me for it. The facility has valet only parking 38-48 dollars a night. The staff was rude and snide and did not care about any of our concerns. I would not recommend staying there! It’s a scam to get your money as soon as you swipe your card!

Nice as expected

Liked: It was a little pricey (240+ per night) but very reasonable for the location. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach, maybe 3 minutes from a bunch of restaurants and shops. The pool was very clean and rooftop bar was cute although not open every night due to rain. The staff were very kind and got us extra towels and such whenever we asked, and they let us check in early as there was a room available which was very kind. I went during 4th of July weekend and they had a pool party with a DJ and very reasonably priced food and cocktails which was a nice touch. The room itself was spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. I heard no noise from the other rooms despite it being busy season. And the view was very nice.
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was the price but what else can you expect going to a beach tourist town during summerBe aware that it is valet parking only and there is an extra charge (I think $30?) per night! Luckily I took an uber and did not have to pay for parking.
