Liked: Location to the beach and restaurants was perfect . Great facilities and All staff were extremely polite and helpful so can’t wait to return to stay with you again
Disliked: The only negative we had was there was only valet parking and no option of self parking

Liked: The room was big, nice, clean, and I loved the balcony harbor view. Very comfortable.
Disliked: I didn't like paying $38 for valet parking, but self parking wasn't very convenient and not explained well, it needs to have clearer instructions, but the staff was very professional about the valet park.

Disliked: They charged me two days after my stay for the second time and when I called about it 3 different times no one tried to help me resolve the problem manager and boss wouldn’t come to the phone to speak to me

Lovely stay

Liked: Absolutely loved our stay! The room was big, clean, and very comfortable. The view from the room was perfect—I was able to see the sunrise each morning, and it was truly wonderful. The location couldn’t have been better, with everything I needed close by. Would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: They need more elevators

Liked: The room was very clean and front desk staff very friendly. Hotel is close to the beach and a lot restaurants. Hotel has nice gym with water view and laundry machine, very convenient.

Beach trip

Liked: The location was great! It was within walking distance to everything.
Disliked: The staff were hard to find, and the elevators took forever. The pricing of parking was also ridiculous and should be included, especially since they have their own garage.

Disappointing.. more than likely will...

Liked: Good location. Close to everything. About a block from beach access. Only a few minute walk to the beach and main road with all the shopping and food. The hotel gym was good for being a hotel gym.
Disliked: The hotel looks nice from the outside.. we got to the hotel & we requested an early check in and they said they were working on cleaning rooms but it may be a little wait which was totally fine of course since it’s a request. I assumed there would probably be a wait for that. then 2 minutes later they said there was a room available which sounded great. So we went up to the room & as we went into the room we started checking things out.. the bathroom was filthy. There was mold & dark spots/splatter all over the bathtub.. mirrors were spotted with water.. the floors did not look clean… so we went down to the desk to let them know about the bathroom. They moved us to another room and that bathroom also had mold all over the bathtub, there was still hair in the bathtub… so we went back to the desk again to let them know that bathroom was also dirty.. so they moved us for a THIRD TIME. Luckily the 3rd room seemed cleaner, the bathtub wasn’t moldy or dirty. So we decided to stay in that room. The A/C in our 3rd room would barely work… we called maintenance and they came & tried to fix it and it only worked for maybe a few hours.. we had it set to 65 and it didn’t get below 69 the entire time.. ice machines on our floor and the floors above/below us weren’t working so we had to make a trip to get ice. THEN we pulled the covers back and there was a bug in the bed. Not sure of the type of bug but we had to shake out the sheets to make sure there weren’t any other hiding in there… we waited 40 minutes for our breakfast one of the mornings.. I understand being short staffed so I wasn’t mad. But a bit frustrated. When trying to check out, the online check out wasn’t working so we stopped at the front desk on our way out but no one was there for 5-10 minutes so we had to leave. Overall, I would give it 2/5 stars for our stay. Not sure if I would stay here again. Was very disappointed for it being a Marriott.
