Hotel charged for same room...

Disliked: I fully paid for 2 rooms on booking.com in advance. I checked into my room without a problem. When my son went to check into the room I had paid for him, he was told that the credit card used to reserve his room had expired, which was false. They required him to give his credit card and they changed him in full for a room that had already been paid. I tried calling, but the phone is never answered and there is no voicemail. Still seeking a refund.

Liked: The staff was very polite and even recognized us in the morning.
Disliked: There was a bunch of chip crumbs on the floor in the room.
