Liked: In general, it was a good facility.
Disliked: EVen though we arrived after check-in time, our room was not quite ready as the previous guests had a 4:00 check-out time. Also, the room was noicy; one could hear guests in the room above walking, running the spa, and such. Not certain I would stay there again.

Liked: Location was great for the concert.
Disliked: It wasn't a bad place. Except halfway through the concert we got tired of holding the stuff we had purchased. So we walked a block back to our hotel to drop it off. Walking down to the hall to our door, I glanced down and there was a freaking cockroach. I stepped on it, took off my VIP badge from the concert, and used it to pick it up off the floor. I took it to the lobby and set it on the counter. Told the employee that I wanted to talk to the supervisor in the morning and to have a good night. They didn't ask what room we were in. We woke up early and just wanted to get our stuff out, so we didn't stick around long enough to talk to anyone. But if I was the manager, I would have reviewed the camera footage and made a phone call to apologize. Either way, I would like to have known the place has cockroaches, this review is for other guests that would too.
