Great place to stay especially if you have tickets for the Arcada Theatre. It is close and the rooms were very clean. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again. Great service.

Other than the ant invasion...

Liked: I did like the location, the exercise room, comfortable beds, and air quality.
Disliked: When I walked into my room I had purchased cold food items. There was no area to adjust the cooling so I called the front desk to ask for another fridge to be brought up. My only option was to move to another room, which I wasn't willing to do. The lady at the front desk then suggested I try opening the cabinet door to make the comprssor kick in, which actually worked, to some extent. I was also not happy about the fact that a microwave was not available and in order to heat food I would have to go down to the lobby!! Needless to say this was rather humiliating as I was in my pajamas. At the rate being charged you could at least have a microwave in some of the rooms ,upon request maybe? On my last evening I had a Ocean Spray Cranberry drink and when I woke up the next morning the drinking glass was crawling with hundreds of ants in and on the night table and in my bed. It was rather disturbing, however I was in such a hurry I just rinsed the glass and checked out. I meant to inform the front desk but failed to do so and am now informing you of the problem.

Disliked: Room was dirty and smelled. No fridge like I was promised and the vent squeaked all night. It was also dirty and very dry. Got very little sleep.

Liked: It was clean, The breakfast and coffee were amazing and convenient. The bartender was very nice. I love the lounge area, I was here for business, so it was a nice quiet area to study.
Disliked: The wifi was slow.

Disliked: Nothing special here. Light sleepers beware of room 308 nothing but HVAC noise all night Bath towels like sand paper. Thankful it was only 1 night. Collectively the staff personified the opposite of Hospitality. Charged $5 for a pack of gum
