Liked: The staff was the highlight of my stay. I arrived late to the hotel (1:30AM) and Ms. Toni made sure I was welcomed and comfortable. She was such a delight and full of energy. I was glad to be greeted by her upon arrival and when I departed at 4:30AM. I would book again with this hotel just because of her hospitality.
Disliked: This Courtyard location is a bit outdated than what I am used to at other Courtyard locations. My initial room had an older/smaller TV and the fridge was not cold. Ms. Toni was quick to resolve and assigned me to a better room. This location only has your standard cable TV. Most upper end hotels have an updated entertainment OS with smart TV functions.And not to the fault of the hotel, but the construction in the surrounding areas make it very difficult to navigate to the hotel via google navigations. The road closures sent me driving in circles when I'm only a couple blocks away.
