Liked: My room was spacious and pretty quiet, overlooking the courtyard.
Disliked: Totally bland and soulless. Not a single photo - or even a color - on the walls. Not a single touch of personality to make the place feel cheerful. My room was clean but didn’t smell very good. (I’m not asking for chemicals here, just a fresher smell.) Nothing within walking distance.

Liked: The bed was good.
Disliked: I don’t like anything in this hotel. I had the worst time in my life. They charged me for idk what. And they told me that’s not theirs problem and I should call to the bank.

Disliked: Waste basket in room not emptied from previous guest.

Disliked: No clothes transports available and to wait. Bought a bottle of wine at night. The wine was awful and tasted like the bottom of the barrel. We were tired and brought it back in the morning. Staff said no reimbursement because we waited and some of the wine was missing. Of course some was missing!

Disliked: Breakfast was awful, no refills on coffee. The web site advertised that the shuttle was free. We were charged 20 dollars for the shuttle to Ravinia, the front desk said the shuttle was free only for business travelers.
