Disliked: A lot. They do not have anything; everything requires an extra fee. We do not know why we spent 640 CAD for three nights here. If you can book a Downtown accommodation in advance, women do not recommend staying in this hotel. The furnishings are old, the space is small, the price is high, there is no breakfast, no drinking hot water, and there is only one microwave in the whole hotel. Why are American hotels so stingy? We can't imagine.

Liked: I was exhausted from moving my mom down from Gurnee to Charlotte, NC and I was too tired to drive to Nashville at 8 o’clock at night so I found this and had a great night’s rest.

Northbrook Excellence

Liked: This was my first stay at the hotel, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, and the front desk staff and servers were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I felt right at home. I dined at the hotel for most of my meals, and the food was excellent. If I find myself in Northbrook again, this will definitely be my go-to hotel.

Liked: Very clean and modern facility with a clean pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable from top to bottom. The food is really good.
Disliked: The WiFi did not work for the night we were there. The staff could be friendlier including the cleaning staff.
