Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that I left behind a bag that I put tucked away under the bed and forgot about it and the cleaning lady didn’t put it aside for me. My travel bag was personal

Good location for Ravinia.

Liked: Having a place to get coffee was great!
Disliked: The shuttle bus option to get to Ravinia is a great benefit however it ran way behind schedule. not the fault of the hotel but if you are going to offer that service you should have enough vans to accommodate the number of people and take in to account the traffic. Also should let people know that you need to sign up for shuttle before they arrive!

Disliked: I didn’t have the confirmation number with me , he said he can’t help me without the confirmation. Is this the kind of hospitality o from your staff. He didn’t want to help me. There’s no people behind me. I finally left and book with other hotel.
