Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful.Facility was clean and inviting, and as advertised.The accessible room our group needed was the best of several rooms we've tried recently at different hotels. Roll-on shower actually allowed you to roll in. Shower chair plus sturdy fold-down shower bench provided options for showering. Toilet area had open space on two sides and grab bars on two walls, allowing space to maneuver a wheelchair as well as for another person to provide assistance as needed. We will happily return if we are again in the area.
Disliked: We'd booked a room with specific accommodations but were initially given a different room. (This was fixed quickly once we asked, but we had to ask, despite a reservation that specified our needs and a discussion in advance with the staff to ensure the room we needed would be available and was noted in our reservation. So it worked out well in the end, but it would have been a real problem if the staff hadn't been able to correct this mistake.)A storm knocked out power for many hours (power was off and on for probably 1 to 2 hours). I'm not familiar with the stability of the grid in this region, but I was surprised at the length and severity of the blackout. Large windows let in light from outside, but a strange space is difficult to navigate in the dark (at night or with a closed bathroom door).

Unpleasant and cockroaches were found

Disliked: I had cockroaches in my room and when I explained that yo the front desk and even took pictures and caught one under a cup I was not reimbursed or compensated in anyway. I had throw my things out because I did not want to bring bugs back into my home. Never again.

Worst place the keys never...

Liked: Nothing everything is horrible they didn’t even gave us discount for all inconvenience
Disliked: We had room 281 , first time being there key didn’t work after the first time we had to wait half hour in the hallway for the guy to let us in the key never worked they gave us a new key then later on we went to eat came back again key didn’t work imagen being seating outside ur room almost the whole trip because u couldn’t come in like it’s crazy outrageous then the front lady says I’ll give u guys free breakfast for the inconvenience then we come down breakfast is over when they told us 6-11 apparently now is till 10 ! The worst experience then instead of moving us to new room right away after the issues with the door they did it our last day then the door always got jammed every time we tried to open what’s the point of being so luxury looking when is crappy and no care for the customer I demand a refund .
