Great location, not as clean

Liked: I loved the location and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: When it comes to cleanliness, that is where this hotel lacks. When I unravel the covers on my bed, there were stains, and the bathroom was not as clean as well. I understand that the staff has a lot of rooms to clean at a certain time, but they need to do better!

Liked: The hotel was very nice and clean. King room very spacious love the size of desk and the table for luggage. The location was great!!! There are many places to eat and shopping available in the plaza.
Disliked: Upon check in there was a little confusion on the booking. We prechecked in... no info was explain about the facilities or checkout information. Did not like that there was no coffee available other than for purchase at the bar. We were there for 2 nights and it was never explained that there was no room service only after 2 nights so we had to ask for more towels both nights.
