Liked: The room was clean I guess
Disliked: This was our first experience with a Marriott hotel. We normally stay with Hilton. The whole reason we booked this hotel was for the hot tub. The hot tub was out of order. We were then told that we could go through the 3rd party for free cancellation of the rest of our stay, and then were told the next morning that wasn't possible due to some 48 hour cancellation policy. Then the next day we asked the front desk when we left at 9am for fresh sheets and towels while we were gone. We got back at 3pm and it still wasn't done. When we left again at 6pm, we passed the cleaning team and when we asked for new towels and sheets, they asked us to make our own bed! Like seriously?! The whole reason we booked a hotel was to relax and not worry about house work for a few days.

Liked: Nothing. I arrived at 6:45pm and the room was not available. I had to wait an additional 25 mins before checking in. Once I went into the room it was dirty. Thankfully I brought my own cleaning supplies
Disliked: Nothing. I paid for breakfast, and didn’t get my breakfast
