Need better staff and better...

Liked: Nothing. I arrived at 6:45pm and the room was not available. I had to wait an additional 25 mins before checking in. Once I went into the room it was dirty. Thankfully I brought my own cleaning supplies
Disliked: Nothing. I paid for breakfast, and didn’t get my breakfast

Disliked: I was charged 255.90 for a room that I had been paying 174.00 for .I ask for a late check out and. Was denied .me and my friend had stayed more than. 20 times in the last year .I want be staying no more !!.

Liked: Property was very clean and the front desk was very helpful
Disliked: The first night we stayed at this hotel there was 3 cars that got broke into, 2 of them being our family members. All we were offered was a piece of paper that stated a claim number for insurance. They never offered any free nights, discounts or anything.This was a very inconvenient thing. Everything else was perfect. Good location, friendly staff, clean room and clean property
