Would ded stay again

Liked: The room was nice and spacious. Very clean. The hallways smelled good. Very neat. Easy access to elevators. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Good location to I-77. Absolutely loved the black out curtains.

Liked: Very clean hotel. Friendly staff members. Housekeeping was very attentive!!
Disliked: No microwave in the rooms and no complimentary breakfast.

Complicated

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: The staff stole all of my clothes that I left in the room! Granted I forgot the items behind but the proper protocol when a guest forgotten there item it should be turn into lost and found and the guest should be notified. When I realized I didn’t have my items I was back home in Charleston SC. The staff was not helpful nor sympathetic to the matter and I still haven’t heard anything yet on my items. I want my money that I paid for all seven pieces of clothing! Very unhappy and would never stay there again they also had homeless people walking up to your car asking for money just wasn’t safe!
