Liked: Location was superb would highly recommend the resort to my family and friends.
Disliked: Nothing just a little too hot weather wise.

Great hotel. We would stay...

Liked: The hotel was extremely clean and the shuttle was super helpful to travel downtown.
Disliked: We had a very loud guest above us that kept us awake walking around.

Nice but not a real...

Liked: Big rooms with balcony. Nice pool area.
Disliked: Breakfast was both terrible and terrible value for money.

Slightly disappointing.

Liked: Staff very friendly and accommodate. Love they have shuttle to and from hotel to downtown Charleston. Room was ready early and staff communicated well.
Disliked: Jacuzzi looked unclean and the water was fairly cold. I felt the premises were not kept up as a previous stay. Worst was the was no hot water in the morning for showers. We left the water running for at leat 15 minutes, felt we should get that for the price they charge.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: Beautiful waterfront, downtown shuttle, pool was warm. Staff was friendly and everything worked. Was comfortable. Coffee in the room. Hot shower. Lots of space.
Disliked: It's a chain hotel, so personality is not the same as an independent BnB.
