Good hotel overall nice space....

Disliked: You had entrainment from 730p-930p this past Saturday evening. You had only 1 bartender while I was there at 7p. He was trying to keep up but clearly with the drink demands for guest etc you should have had another bartender to help. Maybe you did later but I did not observe one. I went next door the Vermont where they had more efficient and staffed personnel to make for a better experience. Overall it was a good place to stay. Location was

Disliked: When I put credit card on file for incidentals they charged for the room again so the hotel got paid twice for the room and then it took almost a month to get the money back.

Liked: The lobby & property were clean. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: One of the check-in staff was very rude to my guest and had a frown on her face the entire time. I booked on booking.com but still had to come and pay with my card, which I never had to do when using booking.com. The first room they put my guest in had a foul odor, and they had to change rooms.
