Overpriced.

Liked: Outrageous to have asked for an additional $15 for brkfst on top of an exorbitant base fee.
Disliked: Way overpriced; prices compare to fine, larger city hotels. The addition of a breakfast fee is bizarre. Shower water was cold. I could hear neighbors frequently. 'Balcony' overlooked nothing but roof. Stay elsewhere.

Finally a hotel experience that...

Liked: This stay exceeded my expectations; I thought excellent customer service was a thing of the past. Not here! I would absolutely stay here again and this hotel and staff has set the standard for how hospitality should be done.
Disliked: N/A- nothing!

Liked: 12PM check out time balcony was very nice! Samara the clerk up front was very helpful when I checked in and gave me all the information I needed!
Disliked: I understand pool hours are for safety but would have liked to go later at night passed 10.
