Courtyard by Marriott Buffalo Airport

Liked: Brilliant location for eats and shopping. Loved the huge shower (missed the shower cap!) Will return for sure. Very pleasant and helpful staff!

Too many interruptions.

Disliked: TV went on in the middle of the night even though remote was on the other side of the room. Housekeeping ignored the DND sign on the door and knocked and tried to come in. Shuttle call came an hour after my husband had taken the shuttle. Toilet fixture broke and we had to piece together for it to work. Checkout is noon, I told housekeeping I was leaving then, but the front desk still called at 11:30 am and asked if I was extending my stay. Other than all of this, it was great.

Liked: Beautiful and EXTREMELY clean hotel!
Disliked: I would ask for a room without an adjoining door next time. The neighbors laughing and chatting at midnight was extremely loud through the adjoining door.

Liked: Honestly, this hotel was exactly like any other hotel I have stayed at. I felt that the price was a bit steep. The beds were VERY uncomfortable (Hard as a rock).
Disliked: I did not like being told that after paying for a two night stay with a third party "Booking.com" that I did not have a room. I have never had this issue before. Finally I showed my email from booking and they found it that way. However, I was told that they have tons of issues through booking.com and that I may want to considering hotwire or expedia. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard as a rock.
