Liked: Brilliant location for eats and shopping. Loved the huge shower (missed the shower cap!) Will return for sure. Very pleasant and helpful staff!

Disliked: Said it had restaurant on property but it wasn’t open when we checked in and was more of a snack bar

Disliked: The whole experience was bad. Ive been booking hotels for my daughter since she was a year old I have never had the experience that I had when she turned eight the whole entire creation was ruined. There was a manager there that should be fired

Pleasant stay.

Liked: It was a very pleasant stay for our family of 3. Complete value for the money paid. The staff were very courteous and we did not have any hassle during checkin or checkout. Room was clean and spacious. Was exactly as advertised on the site. Used the gym once. It was very clean and all equipments in perfect working condition. Clean napkins were provided on all treadmills. Did not use the pool but could see quite a few guests who did. The in house bistro was good.
Disliked: The bistro had a limited menu but was decently priced. The Wait time was slightly on the higher side as I could see only one employee managing the orders as well as the preparation. It could be a timing issue for me though.
