Liked: The location is excellent. Nice to have access to guest laundry facilities.
Disliked: Staff not generally helpful, just basic courtesy. Room was very small and felt cramped.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful...

Liked: I liked the friendliness of the front desk staff. I enjoyed the restaurant in the mornings. The view from the room was excellent, as was the spaciousness, cleanliness and comfort of the room and bed. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. The room was appointed just right.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind

Comfortable hotel in a good...

Liked: The location at the top end of South Bank is great for access to the city via walking bridges, and all of the amenities of South Bank. The staff were fantastic.
Disliked: Some basic mini bar provisions would have been good. Hotel restaurant and room service finished at 8.30pm which is quite early for working people.
