Good but would I stay...

Liked: Staff in reception greatHotel room clean and big
Disliked: Very stuffy and i felt the ventilation was poor in the room which triggered some kind of allergy for me.The bathroom being a disable set up was also not great with the toilet seat not even closing, shower water flowed right out of the shower space in to the vanity area drain. Making it slippery.Also a little further from south bank then we thought it was going to be with an elderly mum it was a big hill to come back to the hotel. Staff in restaurant weren't very friendly at all.

Liked: Very Friendly staff at reception and had a lovely chat. lovely upgrade which was really great , nice breakfast. Lovely shower . The only thing I noticed was the bed mattress seemed to lean or sag slightly out to the other side so I slept in the middle of a super king. I still enjoyed the room and no complaints I still slept .

Liked: Not alot to like about the whole stay tbh the staff were friendly but our room stunk of a terrible smell the bed had hair in it ( pubical) we had no verandah and i booked one with that, we also had to be out by 9 am as they informed us the carport was getting work done overall very unhappy I doubt we will stay again.
Disliked: The room was appalling
