Liked: Facility was clean and front desk lady helpful
Disliked: Frig did not work, had been reported before our stay and not fixed. Paid for breakfast but it had big restrictions such as one cup of coffee and very limited food selection. Nothing like this was reported on web site.

Liked: Indoor pool was great for our granddaughter. The hotel is very clean.
Disliked: The price was very high and breakfast was available but not complementary. Starbucks downstairs was an unexpected treat!

Liked: Booked a room w a pull out couch for our son. This was simply a place to sleep in a road trip and two beds were not available when we arrived we got a room w just one bed. When I went down to the front desk she said it wasn't a guarantee!!! We were exhausted. We booked this based on the pull out couch. He's a teenager and needed his own place. We were able to switch but the fact that we almost couldn't and they didn't guarantee what we booked was absurd to me!
